On Easter Sunday we looked at Galatians 4:1-7, that revealed that we are sons and daughters of God by faith. The means of our family relationship is adoption, as we become heirs to God's riches through our faith. In today's text we see the Apostle Paul now warns the Galatians against despising the new freedom they have received and slipping back into the slavery of their former lives. Paul reminds them how they had become God's children in the first place and reveals three things that distinguish a son from a slave.
